HeadHunter to acquire Russia’s oldest recruiting site job.ru by Feb
MOSCOW, Dec 27 (PRIME) -- Russian online recruiting service HeadHunter (HH) will acquire a part of assets of fellow service job.ru, including its domain name and trademarks, with the deal to be closed by the end of January 2018 after the integration of the purchased assets, HH said on Wednesday in a statement.
“In addition to the domain name and trademarks, HeadHunter will get a chance to offer a wide base of employers and applicants of job.ru trouble-free access to the hh.ru platform: developers are studying various options of migration that will be convenient for users,” HH said.
The job.ru service has already released a note on the closure of its Web site.
Created in 2000, HeadHunter works in Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
